N4U Guest House is a Charming Bed and Breakfast situated in the Heart of Historic Center of Florence, one-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, right in the most important Art and Shopping area ,Bargello Museum, Uffizi Gallery Dante's Home and Palazzo Vecchio.
Few rooms of the elegant 14th century palazzo have been completely renewed by the American interior designers, Ralph Jones and Scott Brown, and show strong inspirations from the 1950s and 1970s. Neo-Renaissance antique furniture with silver inlaid work mix with the animal prints of the tables and zebra-striped armchairs, and with black and white lacquer and mirrors. Great attention was placed on every aesthetic and functional detail.
Each room is a splendid part of a house that still has its original ceilings and floor decorated with paintings from the era. The magnificent chandeliers from different origins and periods belong to the owner’s private collection and are used light all the rooms and common areas.
All the Rooms, have WiFi Ultra Speed Internet Connection ,Air Conditioning ,Minibar, Private Baths, some ensuite/offsuite, equipped with rain effect system showers, warmer towels and hairdryer.
All the Rooms with external views by the Historical Center of Town.

| Annulations | Cancellation Policy and No show: In case of cancellation made with more than 7 days before arrival: no penalty. In case of cancellation made with less than 7 days before arrival or no show: penalty of the 1st night + 50% of the other nights booked/cancelled. Some specials offers have a Not Refundable cancellation policy also in case of No show or date's change and the amount charge on booking. In any case, without any exception, if You decide , during your stay , for earlier departure we will be forced to pay down all the amount of reservation. |
