How can I research the accommodation for the period that I want?

  • On the menu, "search and book" on the left, insert the name of the city where you want to stay. Select the dates of your vacation in "check in" and "check out", check the box "only accommodations available", then click "search". The system will give you a list of all the available accommodations for that period, plus accommodations nearby with their whereabouts.

Can I look for accommodations that have particular requirements and services? For example, such as a "private beach"?

  • On the menu on the left, click on "advanced research". Through this link it will be possible to close in on your research selecting the requirements and the services that you wish, such as "private beach".

Where can I find the address of the accommodation?

  • The address of the accommodation is available on the accommodation's web page. Other information will be given after booking, in the confirming e-mail.

Where can I find information on how to get to the accommodation?

  • Information is at the bottom of the accommodation's web page, under "how to get to us". In the far left, you will find a map of the area where the accommodation is found.

What's the difference between a double room and a twin room?

  • A double room has a king-size bed. A twin room has two single beds.

Can we ask for extra single beds for children in the room?

  • It's usually possible to add extra beds. This depends on the conditions applied from the accommodation and from availability. It's better to verify the availability and the costs on the web page of the accommodation or contact us at our assistance.

Is it possible to ask for an extra bed for a third/fourth person in a double room and how much would it cost?

  • It's the accommodation that decides the availability. Once you select the place with the information required, and clicking on the name of the room, you will get a detailed description of it. However, if the possibility of adding an extra bed and its cost aren't mentioned in the description of the room, we suggest you e-mail us at info@bbitalian.com

Are the rates according per person or per room?

  • All rates are per person, for the night, unless specified otherwise.

Are there extra costs at booking, for example: fee?

  • Booking service is completely free, so there is no need for extra costs. The rates clearly shown when booking will not be changed by adding extra costs.

Is breakfast included in the rate of the room?

  • Once you have picked your accommodation, clicking on "further information", you will see information on breakfast and taxes, as well as information regarding the room and its characteristics.

Are taxes included in the rate of the room?

Are there reduced prices for those who belong to specific categories, like: airline employees, senior citizens, honeymooners, students, etc?

  • BBItalian offers the best available rates. Therefore, eventual reductions are already included and it isn't possible to receive further discounts.

Do you give out coupons?

  • BBItalian doesn't give out coupons, because the rates applied are the best on the market. Therefore, if you have got coupons (given from stores, found in magazines, etc) we suggest you contact those who gave out the coupons.

 

Credit card and payments
Why does bbitalian.com ask for credit card information?

  • The credit card details, through our website, are required just to pay the deposit and no Bbitalian.com neither the accommodation's owner will have the possibility to keep your card's information.

Does the accommodation ask for down payment?

  • When you have choosen an accommodation, Bbitalian.com requires the deposit of the first night for short stay of maximum 3 nights, and the 30% for longer stay. The rest of payment will be upon your arrival directly to the hotel, in this case you can see on the accommodation's page the credit cards accepetd and other payment's methods.
Can I pay in advance?
  • Of course, you can pay the total amount in advance but in this case you have to contact us at: info@bbitalian.com and we will take care with your kind request.

Can I pay the remaining balance with a credit card different from the one used at time of booking?

  • Yes, you can do that. The credit card used at the time of booking will be never showed to anyone.

I have found that a sum was credited on my card. How and to whom should I ask a refund?

  • BBItalian doesn't charge anything on your card, because it will be used only to pay the deposit by yourself, using our secure system paypal.com.

I don't own a credit card; can I still book?

  • Of course, you can book also through wire money transfer or bank draft, in this case you have to contact us at info@bbitalian.com.

Are my credit card's data well-kept? Is BBItalian's website safe and protected?

  • All information is strictly confidential; information is transmitted through a crypted channel that ensures absolute privacy (Secure Server-SSL).  Moreso, it is our priority to use all the most modern technologies to protect our server from eventual external intrusions.

 

Booking
How can I find out if my booking has gone through?

  • At the end of booking, after everything has been filled out correctly, you will be able to see everything that has been written in detail regarding it. It may happen that the accfomodation doesn't immediately give out this availability; in that case, your will receive an email within sixteen hours after booking. We suggest you print out all information about your booking. The confirmation of your booking will be communicated through an email sent to the address inserted during the filling out of the form; in this email everything will be included, including address and telephone number of the accommodation selected. Please contact us immediately if you don't receive such an email through our assistance.

Can I book by phone or by mail?

  • Yes, you can book also by phone because we are always at your complete disposal, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m and from 3.00 p.m. To 8.00 p.m and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m. at +39 06 44704207 or you can email a request through the assistance.

I booked, but I didn't receive a confirming email; what can I do?

  • The most frequent reason is that a wrong email address was given. Please check and make sure that your email address is correct. It can happen that it was automatically put in the spam box. If such a thing happens, contact us immediately through our assistance web page.

How many rooms can I book at once?

  • The system gives you the opportunity to book as many as are available.

Is it possible to book for just one day?

  •   We're sorry, but this isn't possible, because bookings are for the night.

What are the hours for checking-in and checking-out a hotel?

  • Every accommodation has the possibility to pick its own hours according to their comodities. You can see the detailed hours in the "Accommodation Conditions" section, at the bottom of the page of the hotel selected. Furthermore, it's necessary to advise the accommdation selected by phone or by email if there are any problems regarding anticipating or delaying a check-in. Contacts will be given in the confirming email.

By what means should I contact the accommodation selected if there are any anticipations or delays on my arrival?

  • As previously said, contact by phone or by email, giving information regarding your booking in the confirming email.

If I arrive late at night, will there be any problems with reception?

  • The hotel specifically states the hour of arrival in the "Accommodation Conditions" section at the bottom of the web page of the hotel selected. We suggest, however, to advise the hotel, referring to them all information previously given through confirming email.

Where can I be informed if the accommodation also has parking lots?

  • You can see all of the accommodation's services in the general description of the hotel and in particular in "The Accommodation and its services" section. Just in case that it doesn't mention anything on parking lots, contact us on the assistance web page and we will see for ourselves and inform you.
